Over the weekend I had the pleasure to try a really unique and fun treat from the Chicago Marshmallow Company. Pina Colada, Bourbon, Margarita and Chocolate Peppermint Flavored Marshmallows - oh my!
The size of the marshmallows are larger than bite sized and the texture was firmer than a store bought marshmallow. No sticky mess!
Each flavor was nice and perfectly balanced. With alcohol flavors in food, sometimes they can leave almost a artificial after taste. These does not, I felt like I got off the bar stool enjoying a nice margarita and eating a marshmallow at the same time. Mission accomplished.
I highly recommend these marshmallows as a fun grown up treat.
